Save the Wincheap Water Meadows

The Council's Planning Department has recommended that the Wincheap Water Meadows should be replaced with an overflow car park for the Wincheap Park and Ride.  The Planning Committee is meeting this coming Tuesday 15th October at 6.30pm at the Guildhall to decide whether to approve the proposal.
