We are a volunteer-led civic group working to protect, promote and enhance the character and quality of life of our historic city. Our activities span architecture, planning, design, green spaces, litter, transport, and community engagement – always with a focus on informed discussion, civic pride, and constructive action.
The Society is currently entering a period of renewal. As part of this, we’re reviewing how we work, how we communicate, and how we can best represent our members and the wider community in shaping the future of Canterbury.
